Christine
specialises in figurative sculptures for garden and
home. She endeavours to capture a likeness and to freeze
a moment in time, whilst emphasising the flow and form
of the human body. Her work is mainly in small editions,
but she does undertake commissions for individual pieces,
specialising in portraiture.
Christine
does all her own mould making in rubber from the clay
original. The limited editions are then cast in resin
either with bronze, brass, copper, marble, slate or
iron. Foundry bronzes can be made using the original
mould.
